So here we go again I am back to blog. A mothers life is never ending right? This Spring has been so busy I have been involved in so much myself and with the kids. I am so glad that the school year here in Georgia has come to an end and now summer has almost set in. Now it is time for the summer plans to begin. It is also some time to get some more work done, some networking, some rest and lots more. I have plans for many great outings and get aways this summer. I am going to be sharing event and family outing info with others here on the website, via blog and newsletter. I know that summer means extra down time for many of us and we have plans to get so much done. Yet don't forget about rest and down time for yourself. Last but not least enjoy the good times, the sun/ heat, the cook outs and all but stay healthy!

Ok so if you check out my blog you can see I have not been blogging in months. Hey I am more of a talker then a writer! I am going to blog when I am in the mood to blog and when I have something to say or share. Life has just been busy. I have many happy successful business coaching clients. I am great at coaching others how to run their business. Many of my clients have doubled or triple their business since using my coaching services. A few of the key strategies I teach my clients are how to know your strengths/ passions when it comes to your business, when to delegate and time management skills. |

National Prematurity Awareness Month The month of November is National Prematurity Awareness
Month. This is a month I was glad and honored to hear about. Not
that premature birth is something to celebrate. However it is something that
happens to many families everyday. I am happy that this very difficult
experience is honored in such away. I am also glad that there is information
out there for others to learn more about premature birth. As a mother who had
four premature babies myself I know how hard this life experience can be. |

It has been quite a while since I posted here on my MommyCare blog. As usual I have been busy taking her of myself, being a mom, wife and coaching others etc. And just like the MommyCare way I have been doing all of this with care and balance. Today I am blogging about a very important issue to me as a women, a mother, and a survivor of domestic violence. The month of October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Please spread the resources and some of my personal story I am about to share. |

School Is Back In, Time For Mommy!! Back to school is such a hectic time! We get out kids ready and mean while we run ourselves out. It is a new beginning for them because of new classmates, new grades and lots of other new things. Don’t we need a back to school break? Can we breath a little better somehow after a fun kid filled summer and now the back to school rush? We always make sure our kids have everything. Let’s share some ideas on Time For Mommy since school is back in. Here are a few ideas below. |

Today I am sitting here at home just letting the kids have the house and run around and play. I am sure that sounds like yeah right that is what kids do. But not so true for all kids. And for a mother like me I keep the kids going on outings and activities. I do however believe in balance and down time. I was reminded again last night by a associate who is a mom that we can really over do the mom kid on the go stuff. As for me I am not the mother that loads my children down with too many activities. |

I am a planner. And with that said I plan for all sorts of things. Right now it is summer time school is out here in Georgia and almost nationwide. For me I love to keep the kids busy! Now being able to do things with the kids can be costly. The last few days I have been booking what I am going to do with the kids and family stuff. I love being able to find great deals, free events, and kid / family resources. Moreover, I really get tired of hearing some parents say the kids are bored or driving them crazy doing the summer. |

Hello Everyone, I am sure many of you have had great Sprig Breaks. And other of you may still feel like you have had no break at all. Maybe you just want to get out and do something you enjoy like catching a new movie, go out and enjoy nature, take the kids to a fun place, or just network and mingle. Whatever it is you may want to do go find those things and do them. Even if you have to organize the event, outing or celebration if you can do it! So many times people just don’t do the things we desire to do because we have no clue where to find these things; maybe it is due to the cost or just time. |

Yes Spring is here. Are you ready for it? I love Spring myself but I find Spring brings some challenges as well. There is so much to do when Spring arrives. And at least to me it seems things speed up. We get busier and come out of the winter hibernation. There are so much more activities for family, business, and work. It may even seem over whelming sometimes by having so many choices of things to do. Lets not forget the problems in some areas with pollen, and allergies. Then it is also time to plan for Spring break. |

Well like I said when I started this blog I am not the daily or often blogger. Life is life and busy. At MommyCare we are always talking about keeping life balanced. And for me to blog everyday would not be a part of my balanced life. As mothers we do so much. Motherhood is almost like business weather we want to call that or not. We are the guru event planners, the taxi cab drivers, the cheerleaders, the teacher, the cook, and the maid. Yet motherhood is only one part of our job descriptions. |
